Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person couple) sought to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include providing daily supervision and mentorship to a group of approximately 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and supporting multiple student homes initially on a nine-days-on / three-days-off cycle with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same students.
