Full Time Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents, a two-person married-couple role, reside on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, and provide supervision, mentorship, and comprehensive care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and coordinating student schedules. The role begins with a nine-on/three-off schedule, with eventual placement into the same student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and PTO. Requires high school diploma or GED, two years of marriage, minimum age 27, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; sexual orientation or religion-specific proselytizing is prohibited.
