Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in Hershey, PA to supervise approximately 8–13 students per home, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. After initial rotation, the role transitions to a Placed Houseparent with a consistent student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of married status, both spouses aged 27+, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and commitment to a safe, faith-based campus. Competitive compensation (~$44,768 per person, with total couple compensation ~$168,000 including housing and benefits) plus relocation assistance and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student homes vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
