Full Time Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couples) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting, and reporting. Initially, nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with progression to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group.
