Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School are a two-person, married-couple role residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and guide 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Work schedule begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle, with eventual placement into a fixed student-home team. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive insurance, retirement savings, relocation assistance, paid time off, and training. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; only two-person, legally married couples (both spouses age 27+) are considered for consideration, with both spouses required to submit individual applications.
