Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School: couples reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, and mentorship for 8–13 students, including daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, with a working schedule of nine days on duty followed by three days off. Initial placement supports multiple homes before transitioning to a fixed student home.
