Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person couple-residence role providing supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, directing daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and ensuring student wellness. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single home. This role requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be age 27 or older. Relocation assistance and paid training provided.
