Full Time Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel participation, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person (approximately $44,768) with full benefits, relocation assistance and paid training, and paid time off. The position requires a legally married couple (two-person role) who are at least 27 years old, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and experience working with youth. The environment is smoke-free and weapon-free with no alcohol on duty; while on campus, the couple must adhere to campus policies.
