Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, legally married for at least two years) reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and on-site housing and meals. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to live on-campus and work a schedule with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; serve as role models for students
