Job Summary
Full-time two-person Flex Houseparents for an on-campus student home, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation for activities, and developmentally appropriate activities; responsibilities include planning and leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing household routines and budgeting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requires a legally married couple (both spouses aged 27+ with up to three dependent children) to live in a student home, drive student vans, and maintain a smoke-free, weapon-free campus. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
