Full Time Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couples) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation per couple around $168,000, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Qualifications include youth experience, legal marriage of at least two years for both spouses, age 27+, driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a faith-based, drug- and alcohol-free campus.
