Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and managing household routines and student schedules. The role operates on a nine-on, three-off cycle initially, with eventual placement into a single student home alongside the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive insurance, relocation assistance and paid training, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
