Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married for at least two years) reside on campus in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a dedicated Houseparent living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
