Full Time Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents, two-person married-couple role, reside on campus in student homes guiding 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring, managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine days on, three days off, transitioning to a placed houseparent in the same home; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. High school diploma or GED required; both spouses must be 27+; strong commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; must complete individual employment applications to be considered.
