Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) at Milton Hershey School residing in on-campus student homes to supervise, mentor, and support 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, driving students to activities, organizing developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role. Salary $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple with housing and benefits); relocation assistance and paid training provided. Requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a drug- and smoke-free campus. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
