Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, provide care and mentorship to 8–13 students, manage household routines and budgets, supervise and transport students, lead daily devotions and chapel activities, and transition to a placed houseparent role. Requires a married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a structured, faith-aligned campus environment. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a schedule of nine days on duty followed by three off, with potential for placement in the same student home.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse requirement with individual employment applications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
