Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and coordination of routines for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. The role requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus. Benefits include salary per person with comprehensive health, retirement, and relocation assistance; on-site housing and meals while on duty are provided. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement: legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples living on-campus in student homes
