Full Time Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Qualifications include experience with youth, high school diploma or GED, two-year married status, both spouses age 27+, valid driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort leading devotional activities; two-person, on-campus role with on-site housing and meals included.
