Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from a rotating nine-on/three-off schedule to a fixed placed home. Requires two spouses who are legally married for at least two years, both aged 27+, and willing to live and work in a faith-based campus environment; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year minimum relationship requirement for two-person role
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and religious services (Judeo-Christian setting)
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Two spouses must apply individually
