Full Time Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students; duties include supervision, scheduling, medications, transportation to activities, planning and engaging in developmental activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, with a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Benefits include salary per person around $44,768 plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO; high school diploma or GED required; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; employment requires completing individual applications for both spouses.
