Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person married couple resides on-campus in student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for ~8–13 students; duties include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role over time. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old.
