Full Time Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents needed as a two-person, married-couple team to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Initial nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medications administration, driving students to activities, planning/developing developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Benefits include salary of $44,768 per person (~$168,000 per couple with housing and meals), comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid time off, and relocation assistance. Qualifications include experience with youth, valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and completion of individual employment applications by both spouses; high school diploma or GED required. This is a unique two-person role located on-campus in Enid, OK.
