Full Time Pa

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples residing in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, development of recreational/educational activities, and leadership of daily devotions with students aged ~8–13. Initially schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Responsibilities include budgeting, household reporting, and coordinating routines to foster academic, emotional, and social development. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, legal marriage for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compliance with campus safety and religious guidelines. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; salary $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 per couple total). Location: Mount Carmel, PA and Hershey, PA on-campus housing.
