Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan development and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel visits, oversee budgeting and reporting, and follow a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group; relocation assistance and paid training provided; requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and age 27+, with up to three dependent children; salary per person is $44,768 (approx. $168,000 total per couple) including housing and benefits.
Required Qualifications
