Full Time Pa

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents, a married couple living in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. The role follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule initially, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
