Full Time Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a rotating schedule (nine consecutive days on, three days off) to a placed houseparent assignment with the same student group. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license and van-certification ability, willingness to lead religious activities in a Judeo-Christian context, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
