Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in on-site student homes, supervising 8–13 students, coordinating daily routines, administering medications, driving to activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off initial schedule and eventual placement in a single student home. The role requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and being part of a legally married couple for at least two years, with both spouses completing separate applications. Compensation includes salary per person, housing, meals on duty, and comprehensive benefits, plus relocation assistance and paid training.
