Full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. The two-person, married-couple role includes daily supervision, mentoring, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting, and a pathway from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Compensation includes $44,768 per person (about $168,000 total per couple with housing, meals on duty, utilities, and more), relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, two-year marriage minimum, both spouses aged 27+, ability to lift 50 lbs, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with limited dependents.
