Full-time two-person Floater/Flex Houseparents role at Milton Hershey School: a married couple lives on-campus in a student home of about 8–13 youths, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care; responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. After initial placement across student homes, couples transition to living and working with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, both spouses aged 27+, two-year marriage minimum, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
