Job Summary
Two-person married couple needed as Full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus student homes, supervise approximately 8–13 students, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support; responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting; work schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group in their own home; benefits include salary per person and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
