Two-person married couple needed as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to live in on-campus student homes, supervise 8–13 students, mentor and support their academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role follows a nine-on, three-off schedule initially and can transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group. Relocation assistance and paid training included; salary per person is $44,768 (approximately $168k total per couple with benefits). Requirements include youth-related experience, a two-year married status for both spouses, minimum ages, a valid driver’s license with certification to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and a high school diploma or GED.
