Job Summary
Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes and provide supervision, mentorship, and care for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person (with total compensation for a couple around $168,000), comprehensive insurance, retirement options, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Requires two married spouses (both must apply) and a set of qualifications including age, driver’s license, lifting ability, and a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
