Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, a two-person married-couple role residing in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine-on/three-off duty to a placed houseparent. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; must be legally married for at least two years with both spouses age 27 or older.
