Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for a two-person married-couple team to reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, development of students, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and household reporting, with a planned nine days on / three days off schedule and eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role. Requires experience with youth, legal marriage for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, ability to lift to 50 lbs, valid U.S. driver’s license, and willingness to participate in Judeo-Christian chapel activities. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; salary is $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple) with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, HRAs/FSAs, life and disability insurance, and retirement savings.
