Full Time Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married-couple role) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental activities, lead daily devotions, manage household routines and budgeting, and report on operations. The position begins with a nine-on/three-off schedule across multiple homes and advances to a Placed Houseparent assignment with the same group of students. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; benefits include health, vision, dental, retirement, and paid time off. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with van certification ability, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and background checks; applicants must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must apply separately.
