Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA, supervising 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support; responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from flexible homes to a placed houseparent arrangement. Requires completion of individual applications by both spouses; relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits provided; on-campus housing, meals, and duties 9 days on/3 days off with potential for placement in a single student home over time.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
