Full Time Pa

Full-Time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) needed at Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. Initially support multiple homes on a fixed nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, then transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768/year), comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, retirement savings, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Qualifications include experience with youth, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, ability to lead devotions, and willingness to work in a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
