Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, and budgeting/reporting. The role initially requires nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. This is a two-person, married-couple position with comprehensive benefits and relocation/training included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years (two-person role)
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and chapel attendance

- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
