Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and caregiver duties for 8–13 students, manage routines, medications, and transportation for activities, lead devotions and chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and eventually transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home; the role requires two married spouses, both completing separate applications, and includes relocation and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Proven integrity and professionalism
