Full Time Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School (Hershey, PA). A two-person, married-couple role in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning/developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students.
