Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, living on-campus in a student home, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initially stepwise duties span nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a consistent Houseparent assignment. Benefits include salary per person around $44,768 (approx. $168,000 total per couple), comprehensive health benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Required Qualifications
