Full Time Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in Tooele, UT, serving with a married couple to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role. The role requires a two-person, legally married couple (both spouses age 27+), high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
