Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) needed on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA to reside in on-campus student homes and supervise 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Start with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768), comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid time off, and relocation assistance. Requires two spouses who are legally married for at least two years, both aged 27+, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high school diploma or GED required; valid U.S. driver's license; willingness to lead devotional activities and comply with campus safety rules.
