Full Time Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a fixed home. Requires leading student devotions and Chapel, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, high school diploma or GED, and willingness to relocate on campus. The role is a two-person, legally married couple position with benefits including salary per person, relocation assistance, medical/dental/vision coverage, retirement options, and paid time off; both spouses must complete individual employment applications for consideration.
