Job Summary
Two-person, Full-Time Flex Houseparent role residing on campus to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, care, medications administration, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing household routines and budgeting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent with the same student group. Requires married couple living on campus, nine days on / three days off, relocation assistance provided, and benefits;HS diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans; weight-lift capability up to 50 lbs; compliance with campus rules (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol) and ability to uphold Judeo-Christian chapel involvement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
