Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent couples reside on an on-campus student home to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship and guidance, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and eventually transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group; this role requires a married pair, both spouses 27+, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with specific housing and schedule structure (nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Sunday Chapel services
