Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person, on-campus role in which each spouse resides in a student home to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and supporting the transition to a placed houseparent role with a consistent student group. The role follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule with eventual placement in a dedicated student home; relocation assistance and paid training are provided, along with comprehensive benefits. Requires experience with youth, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with strict adherence to campus safety, integrity, and Judeo-Christian service expectations.
