Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medications administration, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and budgeting with household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a stable student-home assignment. Includes relocation and paid training; benefits cover medical/dental/vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and other coverages. Requires high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a legally married two-year commitment for both spouses (two-person role). Both spouses must be age 27 or older to be eligible. Location: Hudson, FL, US.

- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; MHS staff serve as role models for students
