Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, a two-person, married-couple role living in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, mentorship, supervision, medications, and transportation; responsibilities include planning activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on duty with three days off to a placed houseparent assignment, with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role-model expectations
- Willingness to live on-campus in student homes and participate in devotions and Chapel
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
