Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) at Milton Hershey School in PA. Live on campus within student homes to supervise and support approximately 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and a structured family-like environment. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and supervising budgeting and reporting. Initially schedule is nine days on, three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768, with total compensation per couple ~ $168,000), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Qualifications emphasize experience with youth, being legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and high school diploma or GED; role requires on-campus housing and on-site duties, with a strong emphasis on safety and faith-based activities.
